Includes: time to practice the frameworks. Space for participants to share tips with each other. Space to reflect on all that we are carrying. We need ourselves the most right now, with love.

Details

(1)  All proceeds will go towards fire recovery efforts of UEAA, an organization affected by the 70 Mulberry Street building fire in January.

A couple of months ago, the Young Women’s Leadership Program (YWLP), a program within United East Athletics Association (UEAA), reached out to me. Unfortunately while planning our workshop, the building housing UEAA burned down in a 5-alarm fire.

70 Mulberry was an iconic Chinatown building that housed UEAA + a number of community nonprofits. It also held archives of the Museum of Chinese in America. The fire devastated the community and the organizations working within.

Proceeds from this workshop will go towards recovery efforts for UEAA & YWLP. This workshop is open to ANYONE and EVERYONE interested in emotional navigation through journaling.

I know these are rough times for a lot of us, financially, emotionally, spiritually. I also know this is when we need to love ourselves and each other the most. So please, join if you can, and spread word!

(2) Online format. The Museum of Chinese in America donated their space for this event — however, due to recent news, we will be holding it online.

Spots for this workshop will be limited to ensure the same intimate, interactive experience as in-person workshops. Participants have noted that the group experience was a tremendous benefit. Your donation will secure your spot in the workshop.
